Fantastic PT, appointment only, the trainers really look after every aspect of your fitness/weight loss routine, there's no staring at their cell phones while leaning on a running machine counting down your minutes, real motivation from fully trained trainers who care about and share your goals. Equipment in great condition, modern and covers every muscle group, cardio/aerobic studio fully equipped. Training takes place inside and outside gym. Friendly/family atmosphere with clients of all sexes, from different age groups young to old at all different stages of their personal fitness/weight loss journeys.
