Not professional at all, we came asking for a brass plaque and told they only have alternatives. So we took it, then promised I'll get a call to pick up - never got a call, got talked to about calling the dad when his number is on the business card. Finally we pick up the plaque and it's not what we ordered. It was on silver plastic with reverse tape and horrible, bulky lettering. It was gold-colored or brass alternative. We never asked for the sticky tape either as it's supposed to go on to a memorial cabinate. No, throughly disappointed in having my time so carelessly wasted when I had previous engagements!

Very professional business. I was in need of some trophies and medals for our anual prize giving. I came across their website after which I contacted Monty and Karen the owners. They went out their way to assist me and the members of our club in getting our trophies and Medals on time for our end of year function. The prices and good and the medals and trophies we recieved were impeccable. I highly recommend them.
