Choosing petport is very accomodated, great service and my yorkie is arrived here safely in the UK that travelled from South Africa, due to covid and the lockdown all bussiness and travelling is affected and no one's fault we all experiences emotions that we really want our fur kids to reunite with us but Kendal updated all the time and going the extra mile, for me i would love to recommend the Petport to all my friends. My husband and me can't thank enough especially to Kendal Pietersen you did a great job and your team our little fur ball angel reunite with us Thank you

PETport managed the logistics of sending venomous snakes for our snakebite research project from South Africa to the UK. They provided an excellent service from day 1 right through to the moment the snakes arrived successfully. Lohandri and Nadine are to be congratulated for all they have done for us. We would definitely use PETport again based on this experience. Thank you!
So the day finally arrived and our family is complete and whole again with our fur babies, finally home, thanks to the amazing service from Justine and Alex (clearing agent) at Tailwings. All went off without a hitch We were super worried about our Princey boy because he is deaf but since the direct CPT LHR route was not possible, they did the CPT JNB LHR route and thy were both such champs. We fetched them 23:00 Sunday night and they arrived very groggy and naturally exhausted so they slept 90% of their first day Yesterday both woken with lots of energy and even had their first walk in their new neighbourhood so all in all, the Leça family is happy and whole again To those waiting, don't give up - the time will come. We waited 6 weeks (although my one daughter and I came over in Sep so it was 6 months for us and it felt like forever) but they're home
Great work ethic from Anysha and Tharwa for being thoughtful and responsible even replying to messages and take calls after hours, trying really HARD for my baby to come back to me! Highly recommend Petport, as they are not only taking it as a job but really wanting to help people and their fur babies! Much much appreciated! ️
Yolanda is an absolute angel. We were stuck in Zambia due to COVID-19 with our fur baby. Our only "child" as we can not have children. She helped the agent in Zambia, told her basically what to do to get our baby back to South Africa. She was very helpful and I will never be able to thank her enough. What she did was more than just her job. Always there to encourage us when things seemed to be going not as planned on the Zambia side. Petport is the only agency I would ever use and the only one I would recommend. And they are not expensive at all. Even gave us meds to take home. Thank you Yolanda. You are the best.

Extremely low level of service. I would not recommend using Petport at all. Once you pay the deposit they are not very eager to assist. We have been dealing with Lohandri on having our two dogs moved to Bahrain. The first red light was that we were told by reception that we could not talk to a consultant with our queries before we accepted their quote and paid the deposit. Secondly, the measurements of the dogs that we provided initially, were suddenly too small and the original quote amount was increased by R3000. *They have currently not even come in person to measure the dogs. A week before the dogs are supposed to be collected for travel, we receive an email from the consultant regarding blood tests that are compulsory, where in the paperwork initially received, these blood tests are listed as strongly recommended & not compulsory. To note, the blood test results take 3 months for us to receive; so our pets cannot travel and will have to be kenneled until the results are received. Another unsuspected cost. We were also not clearly informed by the consultant that we were responsible for arranging an import permit for the dogs. Their customer care department is extremely unwilling to help, we are still waiting for a call back from them to discuss our issues. We find the consultant rather incompetent, as communication is extremely poor and cryptic. If they handle my pets the way that they handle their paying clients, I shudder to think what trauma my dogs will be put through if we use them to relocate our pets. Highly disappointed in their awful service this far.
