I am sharing my review for all the branches of this company, even though the poor service was received from their online store. I would honestly not support or trust any advertising from this company or any of their branches. They advertise prices falsely on their website to mislead the public. When you query this, they only offer an apology and a refund. I think it is extremely poor customer service. I wonder how many other customers they scam like this. Yes, I say scam as this company has been aware of their mistake for more than 48hours and no attempts has been made to place the correct info on their website. No wonder they are too afraid to allow any type of review on social platforms.

I visited the Fourways branch yesterday to buy some goods. Kabelo who assisted us was fantastic. I have never walked into a pet shop and been assisted by someone who was so knowledgeable about the products and was so helpful. He gave me great advise and suggestions for my little one. He took the time of day to help, was professional and friendly. Due to my experience, I will definitely be back.
