I was so in awe of this place when I went in. It's so big and has tons selections for every pet you might have. I love the variety and was pleasantly surprised to see that they even have a groomers and vet inside the store as well. Staff were friendly and offered assistance. Definitely an exciting store and they have fish, rabbits, reptiles, birds and mice in store as well.

We made a booking weeks in advance on the website as I do regularly. Upon our arrival it seemed busy but no more than usual. When I checked in my dog I mentioned as it do every time I take my dog that he is not good with other dogs. The lady at the desk then said to me that I should have told them this before hand. I then informed her that I made the booking online and that there is no option for that. She then got rude by telling me how many other dogs they have at the parlor and if my dog is not good with other dogs they have to close down the rest of the parlor to accommodate him. I need to understand how the website is there to eliminate telephone bookings but yet I still have to call so my dog is safe.

Service is extremely poor I went there yesterday to the aquarium department and not 1 single person to assist in the 15 minutes I was in the store even tho staff looked at me while walking past 1 gentleman eventually came out of the back and looked like he was not really interested in doing his job but was assisting another gentleman and I eventually just walked out I came from malmesbury and just stopped off quickly as my wife needed to be somewhere so it was a quick stop off before heading out again If I need to scoop my own fish out the tank there should be a notice to do so If you guys are prepared to lose R1000 purchase in a single sale them thumbs up Your guys working in the aquarium department should take more pride in what they do as floors are filthy and dirty with water and buckets laying everywhere not to mention the tank glass on all tanks that have water streak marks possibly from weeks of not cleaning is extremely poor presentation to a customer's eye and the shop being so quiet and nobody on the floor to assist you ask yourself what are they doing? Taking care of tanks is a process I understand as I have 2 myself but when you are a business presentation and hygiene need to be sorted out

Very disgusted by the attitude of staff at door as it's a hot day and I am in need of pet food. I have my 3 month old in my arms as it is hot and was denied entrance as my baby isnt covered due to the possibility of transferring covid to my child. This is not a issue anywhere else!! I'm very disgusted and won't be making use of this store in future as this is completely pathetic.

Huuuuge place and I went to buy a female guinea pig today for my piggy at home for a friend ,the lady who helped me was sooo nice and knows a lot about guinea pig and rabbits ! She said the piggy is a albino and she has white fur and pink red eyes but I never knew an albino piggy could be blind,I am taking my piggy for a check up at the vet this week to check on her but poor baby I think she is actually blind. But will continue to love and take care of her ,I named her cherry :)
