Not the greatest service I received. Firsly you have to beg them to sell you something then staff have attitude and dont really care. Incorrect information and products is sold to you after you gave them the machine model. Eventually got a refund but was paid short. When following up i het told it must be a mistake. Its time consuming to keep following up. If i can avoid doing business with them i would!

I have just dropped off my wife's sewing machine at Pfaff in Bedfordview for a service.I was told that they are busy and it could take TWO months.What pathetic service.Surely if they are so far behind they need more technical staff.
