Had a claim with miway insurance and pg glass is there service provider claim was loaded on Sunday evening, miway assisted me in no time request for replacement was sent to pg mobile unit on the 16.11.2020 as claim was approved. They only contact me on 17.11.2020 to arrange a time for the next day I advice the lady I'll contact her back later that day.i call after 2 hours to set up a time and then the phone just ring and no answer. On the 18.11.2020 I call early morning then they tell me they don't have a part number and are not sure if they have stock. They are really unorganised,after I log a complaint on hellopeter they call me all day to find out if I've been assisted already.

Terrible customer service, spent 30 minutes on the phone giving the same info over and over.....still waiting for a written quote, it's been a week already. When I called back to follow up, no help even with a reference number. They took my contact details and no one has called me back yet. Eventually called around found another company that helped me the same day for quarter of the price PG glass gave me over the phone.

I have tried for 4 days to get a door glass panel replaced.Trying to get hold of anyone to talk is the first challenge as you get diverted to other branches and have to work thru customer services so you do not in fact deal directly with the branch.I ended up being told to go to the Parow branch.The team did not pitch on the day[day 3]oh they did but at 20:00 without any notification and who is going to let work teams into there house at that time. There were no calls made to us on the day they were supposed to come to us , it took about 3 calls and 40 minutes of my time to find out what is going on.On day 4 I called again early in the am, and now I was told by Customer Services[Anastasia]- that, no sorry the team is now booked on other appointments, but IF a team comes in they will dispatch them to our house.So after 4 days,no sign of PG Glass.I asked if I can talk to someone senior at the branch.No , the principal is out.I get given the name of a Sales Manager, Michelle,who when I call cuts off the call- this happened 5 times.I have no idea what happened to the PG Glass I know.PG Glass will not see me again, there are many independent companies out there.They may be more expensive, but at least they are effective and courteous.

Terrible service from the office staff/bookings people. Like absolutely terrible. It was like playing broken telephone between the national call centre staff and the actual branch staff. Took me a full day to hear anything back from them, and when I finally got a call and asked if they could come the next day, I was told she would call me back in a few minutes. That never happened. You'd swear they didn't want the business. This morning I got a call saying that they could come this morning, and I had to end up taking the full day off work before the workers arrived after 2pm. It would be nice if they weren't so desperate for business as to give one the impression the job would be done in the morning. Or at least find out from the actual workers to see how long they'd be. I had alternative plans from another business which could've been done this morning already. Next time, I'll rather pay a bit more so I can actually plan my day. No wonder they're desperate for business. No one wants to work with them. Not to mention this woman at the Cape Town office got defensive when I queried when they'd be coming. *********************************** --- On another note: I allowed 2 stars as the workers themselves were friendly and efficient. Without that this branch would get a 1 star review. ***********************************
