A bit pathetic management by not keeping to their word. Not keeping by appointed times as agreed upon without making any kind of apologies. A Manager that found it difficult to even draft funeral pamphlets and a printing system out of order. Family made pamphlets in private capacity. Card swiping machine out of order for a couple of months as stated by employees. Would not recommend service from this franchise to anyone.
