The course is a bit challenging, it is just ofroad running with lots of sharp turns and uneven ground. It does help if you are trying to make your legs stronger. It is a 2 lap course so it can be a bit of a mental challenge thinking you are finished anf then realizing you have one more lap to go. Your time here is on average 1 minute slower than at the Heron Banks Parkrun
