Horrible experience. I gave my camera for reparation to this store because there was some sand in it. They said they'll get rid of the sand if we wait some days. After we came back the camera was even more broken than before. The worker broke something inside of the camera and he didn't know how to fix it anymore. He asked us for more time and one day later it was completely broken. The boss of the store asked us to give him 3 weeks to repair what his worker destroyed. He forgot about us and after 3 weeks the camera was still broken. They didn't fix anything. The camera was completely new before. It seems like they don't know what they're doing. Never go inside for any reparations!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Sent my camera in to them in July 2017, currently Jan 2018 and they're still messing around with finding a part. MAKE SURE that they order you parts using a REAL COURIER and NOT SAPO.
