The checkout service is appallingly Very few tills open for the volume of customers By the time (30mins later) I actually got to the checkout from staning in a que, my frozen products were nearly defrosted This is absolutely absurd What a mess This is always like this Wake up PnP

No sales person on the floor by the appliances. Waited 30 min for the supervisor to show to override a price on Saturday. Was supposed to deliver our fridge on Tuesday. Waited the whole day for them. They 'forgot' to deliver. Every couple of months the store is smaller and smaller. This explains why. The little Spar down the road has a better selection and way better customer service.
