Pie city needs to improve on their quality of pie's, as a company that has been specializing in the same field since 1993. Anna and Thandikile served me with a smile, shared jokes and encouraged me to buy the special and enter the competition. I would definitely revisit this shop, not for the pie's but for the excellent service and smile given by the 2 ladies I mentioned above.

I purchased 4 pies at the Pie City Southgate Mall. They were the worst pies we had ever tasted. Two spinach and feta and two plain chicken pies. They were rock hard and cold. The Spinach and feta was gone off. I left them all in the bin and called it a day. I definitely will not support this store again because their pies are not fresh.
