No backup service, not even from head office. Bought a pair of Profit Assassin, genuine leather, oil and waterproof, non slip etc, seeing that I am a rep and it is safety requirements in workshops. In 9 months after purchase I wore it about 3 months, stitching came loose on soles, when mentioned, lady reluctantly said 3 months warranty, sorry... And thats it... Maybe I am pitty, but the shoe cost me 800 rand. I would rather purchase another brand from another supplier, and confirm warranty period upfront
