Arriving at the hospital due to your mother not being able to breath, they let her wait another half an hour in the car after you paid the doctor before letting her inside the hospital,it takes another 3 hours for the doctor to see her, they place a drip on her after they had to pay R15000 the drip pulls out of her arm,and oxygen tank empty then nurses response its not a emergency. What i would like to know what would have happend to her if there was no family member to pay, would they just have left her there to die??PATHETIC hospital i would advice people not to take a loved one to the RH private hospital...My Mother needs to call her sister out of the room saying please help me oxygen is finished i cant breath..They refused to take blood test if they didnt immediately pay in full, witch they did.Exray's were taken witch showed concern within in her lungs, and the doctor only saw her the next day at 11'O clock! They never placed her on a ventilator after she struggled to breath, the next morning we were informed my mother passed away, they say they did everthing they could! How do i know her oxygen lasted till morning??I need answers because this is totally unacceptable especially from a private hospital.I believed that we would have received better service from the provincial hospital!!!

No visitors allowed which I understand cz it's during the Covid-19 pandemic but how is the hospital expecting us to find out how our loved ones are doing when the nurses in wards don't answer the phone \u200d️? I'm not getting value for money service
