I took my microwave in when it stopped heating. It was fixed at an affordable price and was ready the very next morning.
Phoned to check how long we had to wait for our washing machine on repairs. The arrogance I experienced from the lady who picked up the phone could easily be filed under the 60s classics. Certainly not for a service organisation. Ultimately dropped the phone on me and I still don't have any idea how long we have to wait.
