Wonderful service, with fantastic mannerism, precise and efficient service. The follow up, time precision and the neat and tidy wiring was superb. Thank you to the foreman and the wireman, you all deserve praise.
I called them in to repair a smeg fridge. I was told that the compressor was damaged. I was quoted for a new compressor . I paid in full. I was then told that it could not be respired. The fridge was returned to me and I was charged R1100 for this. Totally unethical and dishonest.
What a pleasure to deal with a shop where the staff have been trained in product knowledge. They know what they sell and they are customer orientated. Popped in to get spares and staff super helpful. Ended up spending a pile on extra items for our new kitchen, AND AT VERY COMPARABLE PRICES to all the so-called discount shops.

Shocking, shocking and shocking, never even deal with these people, if you do it's at your own risk, they lie and are im my opinion their dealings at best can only be described as fraudulent. Be well warned, we off to the small claims court, I've also met people who have described them as thieves and I can't help but agree, if I can shut the whole operation down I will be lucky enough to protect others from these crooks !
