Your employees have no sense of public health and safety. They take turns going outside for a smoke barely 2 meters from people queuing for Pick n Pay...they shake hands with public and carry on conversations with no masks. So many violations it's embarrassing

Poor customer service.. You guys cut our lines because yourl cannot find proof of payment yet yourl are such a big company you mean to tell me yourl dont know what payments are being made into yourls account? Truly unreliable and disappointing especially after all the phones we purchased! Truly disgusted.

Pathetic service from this store. Manager Musa and Rory lied to me and kept me stringing along for more than a week with still no resolution. Promised to set aside a device due to them having system problems awaiting an email for my upgrade, yet this was all a big farce/lie since they had no stock and sold the device to some other customer! Never kept to promises of resolving issue, never called back when promised to do so. Acted dumbfounded when i called a week later, how much more incompetent can they get??? Beware cell c subscribers, rather go elsewhere.
