Worst shop I've ever been too, the staff are completely incompetent, refuse to assist you in any way and this is not my first time experiencing this in this store I've even had it up with the manager in the past about it. The end results with the staff choices they make will be there own fault

Queues move very slowly. Most of the time there's no one at the lotto machine. Very upsetting. Try to improve Service Delivery.

Went to Clicks Howick today. Queued at pharmacy as usual. Then got to cashier who said their system was down and could not take credit card. When I said I could not draw cash on my card, she shrugged rudely. I was forced to leave my chronic medication and take the 20 km trip home without it. What a disappointing store. I intend to move my script to another pharmacy. Not that Clicks would care. Corporate indifference as usual.

Howick Clicks - Pharmacy: Useless. Always a long queue. Always short on medication. Go back a week later and wait again when medicine arrives. Get to tills and wait again as only 2 cashiers on duty. Where is management that they are not aware of the problem?

I've just called me their head office and moaned!! The service at Clicks Howick is deplorable!! They appear to be doing you a huge favour by serving you. The pay out counter is a joke! The pharmacy disgusting! The area manager should be ashamed!

The usual confusion and super slow service at the pharmacy. One person at check-out during busy midday time. I got my medical aid to authorise a change for my chronic meds to be dispensed at Howick pharmacy. I can't deal with Clicks Howick anymore.
