Terrible service, very slow inefficient. Firstly dump a car on you that has so many problems and is a manual when your choice was a automatic. The sales person shiraz is wonderful when selling you the vehicle goes out of his way but then makes you run around when you start having problems with the vehicle, and insist its your fault when you hardly drove it. Which tells you a proper service wasn't done before handing over the vehicle. Doesn't even hand you proper documents. So just out for the money not the clients best interest. I would not recommend them.

I see a few people say they take their time, and its true. I have been dealing with Nadeem, who has been very helpful, but the moment he says he needs to confirm with their dealer principal, it takes weeks for an answer. I finally asked for the 2nd time for the dp contact number and got it. Its a strange thing, the 5 star rating here person has the exact same name as the dp...Shameer... I finally got a deal from them and started the process, cancelled my flight to Namibia to drive from Cape Town. 4 hours later, the sales guy sends a message, not a call or anything, a text, to say his dp is going to withdraw the deal, he is not making enough money on the deal...No apology, nothing, just a text to say no more deal mate! They may have a good following, but how many are clients and how many are friends, family or employees...
