I was not impressed with my treatment over the phone. Sheila, who answered my call , did not have the time to take down the spelling of name. She explained that she could spell Zulu names. I told that her it was not a Zulu name. I asked her to please spell back the name. She said that she did not have time to spell the name as long as it was captured in her diary. Why she did not have time? I do not know. Simple courtesy and respect
