I went there for a barium swallow and I was very happy with the lady there very professional she took the time to make me comfortable and she explained the procedure to me very nicely..

Today I was scheduled for an ultrasound of my thyroid and my doctor had requested the right side of my neck as well. Firstly, I don't know if the lady doing the ultrasound was unhappy or just grumpy but she wasn't welcoming at all. She did the ultrasound of my thyroid in about 2 minutes and said she was done. So I asked her if doctor hadn't requested the right side of my neck as well coz I knew he had written that...... She said no only thyroid and just skimmed the machine over my neck in less than 10 seconds like she wasn't interested. The main reason I went for that ultrasound was to monitor the grow Th of the lymph nodes in my neck so this was very disheartening to Me and I raised my concern at reception while I was waiting for my results too and got no joy.... I'm very disappointed with the service, these are people people's lives that are getting played with
