That container must go. And a shelter for passengers that's actually next to where the bus stops would be nice. Nothing unpleasant like just standing for hours waiting for a late bus or crossing the busy road with loads of bags rushing to get to the line and have your bag packed safely. Do something

Bus came 90 minutes which I would have endured if the service wasnt so appalling. The woman behind the counter was super dismissive when I respectfully asked her when she thought the bus would arrive. All I was getting from her was "ITS COMING". I literally had to call head offices to get a time estimate. Bus is cramped and smelly. Will use another service next time.
