The lady at the reception was very rude to us. I was meant to get my order on the 11th but no one contacted me till my husband had to go and enquire on the 18th but still my order was not done. Basically I am very disappointed at the level of disrespect I received and the lady showed no remorse for not delivering on time and not delivering what she promised. I can see from previous reviews that it is not the first time that this company portray poor customer service.

My phone call for service didn't seem very welcome. I felt as if they would be doing me a favour for giving them business, a fair amount at that. At the end, the lady (prefer not to mention her name) basically told me she was too busy to help, even on Monday Unfortunately I had to give 1 star otherwise I would uave given none. Rather seek help for embroidery at Sport-E in Pietermaritzburg
