Wouldn't bother trying another PMB bike shop. These guys are the best by far. Wally and Ingrid are just good people who have a passion for all things cycling and customer care. They are understanding and patient. They have done work on my bikes over the years and the quality of repair is top notch. Good people, good prices, good quality and care.

This morning our bikes went in for adjustments. Ingrid Flint promised she will have them ready for collection this afternoon 18/2/20. Well just 5pm both Errol and I got a message to say. " I'm leaving the shop now bringing your bikes out to the farm." People we are 20km outside Pmb. This what set Jowetts apart from all the other hike shops. Thank you Ingrid
