Very friendly staff and very clean place. Conveniently situated in center of town with safe parking for cars. Equipment is up to standard and the place is well run. I would recommend for anyone who needs to go for a scan or x ray.

Disappointing!! I booked a hydrodilation and cortisone injection for my shoulder. After a half hour wait I was told by the doctor that they did not have the medication needed for the procedure. It was an irritating waste of time.

I needed x-rays done this week, cost of which was covered by my medical aid - Discovery Key care plus and was taken aback when told that I had to pay for PPE worn by the radiographer - R233. I have since heard that there is a code which your practise should have submitted to my medical aid to cover this charge. We are pensioners and to us this was quite a lot of money. My mother was there to have x-ray, she was sent by her scheme doctor, she was told that there are no funds on her medical aid to cover the costs. She then called me, I contacted the medical aid on her behalf, it was confirmed that there are funds available but not on savings account. When I advised Pinky (Accounts) she asked for e-mail confirmation from the medical aid company, medical aid asked me to ask them to call in for confirmation. I then advised Pinky to do so, she gave the phone to another guy who happened to be African to explain to me as if I was annoying her. I then asked for the managers number. I contacted the manager (Andrea) who took things into her hands to make sure that my mother receives help. Thanks a lot Andrea for your dedication and care, however training on how to deal with clients is required for racist and rude Pinky.
