I was blown away by the service of Livecopper. I order two products, one they didn't have so they replaced it with another brand which was more expensive and didn't charge me anything extra. Delivery was super fast too! I highly recommend Livecopper!

The service was brilliant! I will definitely do more business with Livecopper. I placed my order, then realised I missed something so I sent them an email that evening. Next morning a gentlemen by the name of Leo phoned me, sorted it out and sent me an email confirming it all. Two days later I asked when could I expect delivery (I'm in Kimberley NC) and he responded by saying Thursday. Thursday 5:30pm our doorbell ran and it was the courier service with my lights!!! Really grateful that they make things happen and are true to their word - that's all the consumer wants, so thank you Leo and thank you Livecopper!!! I'll be back!!

Live Copper is one of the few companies out there that work very hard to make it easy to recommend them to anybody. I am a couple of hundred Rand a time once or twice a year customer over the last six odd years but they treat me like I spend thousands of Rand a month. Queries and complaints are answered quickly followed by a phone call. Personally not computer generated. I like that. I recommend Live Copper with a clear conscience.
