When are the chocolate chip muffins coming back
Horrible pie. Bought in boom street pietermaritzburg. Pastry is not light and fluffy the filling on the sausage roll was almost like pet mince. Rather pay the extra money and buy a more mccoy pie.
Great little storefront with nice staff. Good prices as well.

The last time I had a Ma Baker Pie was 2 years ago when my late Dad used to work for them and the pies where always good. I tried Ma Baker's Pepper Steak Pie on the 28th February 2019 and to my utter shock the Pie was disgusting. Thick Pastry, hardly any filling and not 1 piece of meat. I have had these pies over the last 27 years and they have always been really good. Obviously something drastic has changed over the last 2 years. Will not be buying a Ma Baker pie for a long time if not ever. Totally disappointing and disgusting..
Found a big piece of plastic in a Chicken and Mushroom pie purchased from Derby meats. Not pleasant at all.
