This was not a bad experiemce, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was assisted immediately by a knowledgeable staff member who was very efficient and informative. The only drawback is that its not in the Best part of Town, many potholes. There was Ample parking.

Best place for bulk buying. Social distancing practiced. Has everything one wishes to shop for.
After being sent around to 4 different staff members I eventually managed to be attended to in order to make an exchange. With this being said, I was able to exchange the product that I was advised to purchase. The whole problem I have is that if I had bought the item I wanted when I did and not the one I was advised to get by makro staff then I would have saved R300! This is a big difference for me and I am sure that the staff may not think so but as a customer I expect the best service so thank you for the exchange, it cost me R300 to do. I have received response from Makro PMB, they apologized with regards to the above incident and I have received a voucher to spend instore. This should have been resolved with Makro Cornubia but thank you Makro PMB for a positive solution.

It was wonderful...the staff are very helpful and welcoming. They are fully prepared to address any situation with precision and delicateness. Here you can find many shopping items @ low prices for your household. There are also daily specials.

My experience hear has been genrally great. I was very impressed with the covid 19 precautions and regulations this store has in place. However my only complaint is that prices and products were not always correctly displayed please make sure the appropriate price tag is labeling the correct product.
