I went to start the process of winding up my father's estate, I'd initially called and was given all the information I needed on the phone. Subsequent to this I was also given the number of the office to request when I get to the entrance. I did not specify which day I'd come through, when I went in on a Thursday, it was not busy and we (me and my mama) were assisted as efficiently as possible. Office G11 was great, professional, and knew what he was talking about.

The lady who attended us was very arrogant and undermining.I accompanied my 81 year old mum and it was the second time visiting the office for the same issue .We were 2 nd in the queue outside her office , she failed to call us in after the first client and the lady from another office advised me to show my face as she was on the phone maybe unaware we were outside. On knocking on the door she decided to look away staring the wall proving she was annoyed .We never got any help at the end told us to go the Durban office instead .I was flabbergasted as she wasn't informative and the reason she gave was so lame!!!

I apply for guardian fund early November 2020 but haven't got paid till today. But they say it takes about 40 working days. If you call them they give lame excuses eg. The lady I talked to said she doesn't know when will i get paid course it now been paid at their head office, and the guy said the is lot of applications that why I haven't been paid and same guy today said it because they are short of staff that why it slowly.

The workers are disgustingly rude and careless. Their services are the worst.
