Mediclinic Pietermaritzburg has been and remains our family's health institution of choice. I was most recently admitted in March 2021 at Mediclinic, from the arrival entrance screening staff team and the security personnel who treat you with both professionalsm and most outstanding courtesy. I almost forgot about my ailment and immediately safe and welcome. My duration of stay in the D-ward of 7 days was amazing with an excellent level of patient care by all staff (Cleaning, Food, Nursing and Doctors). Please keep up the good light shinning across all patients and keep up the excellent level of service you offer to all.

Really great Staff, the nurses and even the doctors, including the cleaning staff along!! Thank you for being helpful and kind I really appreciate it!! Even the kitchen staff - great wholesome food by the way But as for the pharmacy at Medi Clinic their service is absolutely frustrating and they Forever make you wait for hours on end. Especially whilst you are being discharged from hospital and also when you go to the *Pop" clinic.!! Please in future for my sake and others sake that we are informed as to what time our meds will be available. Not all of us patient's live in Pietermaritzburg, so a bit of compassion and respect would go a long way!! And I've had terrible service from the casualty side Receptionist as they are so rude! Like it's such a problem for us to make a file for meds and what not. This is also not the first time I've had to wait for my meds for an Hour and a bit. Not good not professional from that side of their department. We should all be treated like patients that we are and not like we are a issue to them. As other people including myself never asked to be here seeing doctors having operations waiting on hours on end for meds. We deserve the respect of just a simple happy smile and better attitude and at the same time with that being said they could just let us know it's going to take an hour or so to receive our meds.!!

Got here on Monday 16 November for a scheduled c-section. I am still here because of a minor setback but I am so happy with the service. From the nursing staff to the kitchen staff, everyone is so friendly and caring. I don't have enough stars for them as I feel 5 is so little

The staff is very friendly, very organised from doctors rooms to admissions. Procedures are well planned. Doctors dedicate their time to examine the patient. And make sure that u understand what is wrong with you. Ooh and the kitchen staff...u never go hungry, they are always there. Thank you so much. Its my first time coming here but its a nice stay. Looking forwad to my Operation on Monday 02 Nov . I know you will be there for me.

I called Mediclinic PMB complaining about their service. I spoke to a guy a the Patient Experience Management office. I was promised feedback yesterday 2020/11/24. No one bothered to call. Mediclinic will never be a choice whenever i decide to seek for health care. PMB Mediclinic has no care, they don't communicate with a patient's family even when they are at ICU. Instead when a family member complains about their service, they go to a patient to intimidate them.

The Masikane family would like to send our sincere gratitude for the patience, diligence and professionalism of specialist physician Dr Y. Mahomed whom, together with the exceptional team of health care workers in the cardiac ICU, general ICU and the medical ward, took care of our Dad Mr E.M Masikane during his five week long stay in hospital. May you keep up the excellent work. Kind regards Dr Nomfundo Masikane
