Third bad experience with this particular branch. Have been a regular customer for several years now. However, over the past few months the quality has really degraded. Both leg pieces of quarter chicken I purchased yesterday were extremely stale and dry, despite asking for extra sauce. Peri wedges were semi-cooked (potatoes still raw inside). Used to love Nandos. The staff are usually friendly. But the food is definitely not fresh. Hopefully this improves...

Service was bad the lady who was helping me Nondu. She needs to tell the customer if there's a problem. I waited 10 minutes. I had to ask her what was she waiting for. Worse part of it I was the only one who was waiting to be served
