Waited a week for a quote Waited 20 min for my receipt Dishonest Charge for quote on a trimmer not even looked at. Got home..plugged it in and it was working...I was told the motor needs replacement...and when I went to fetch it...they politely asked me if I am taking it...most probably in the hope I am leaving it so they can use it for parts..or sell it. DO NOT USE. THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSSINESS.

Took in a polisher which was less than a week old for assessment (was told to take it to them as they're ryobi agents). I then recieved a call saying that they would send it to Ryobi in durban for inspection. 2 weeks later, the polisher was still at their shop and I wasn't contacted with any feedback. Poor customer service.

Fixed an old clapped out generator. Was not sure whether worth fixing or needed scrapping. Provide a quote and deliver speedily after acceptance. Over the years good reliable service.impressed!
