Do not expect to come any closer to renewing your passport when you hire this "Passport" Centre. Their R300 fee is merely for the adrenaline rush you might get from jumping the morning queue at Home Affairs. After a 2.5 hour wait inside the building, I was turned away because of a broken scanner and told to come again. Basically it's R300 for absolutely nothing and you also get a rude and patronising email when you bring this to their attention.
