The staff are well organized and friendly. The veterinarian is such an animal loving person and was very good with my cat, in comparison to the private vet I had taken my cat to a few weeks prior to my visit to the SPCA. Great service always!

Absolutely terrible. So I adopted my Lad from these people, they told us that he was check by their vet and he was giving all his shots and he is perfectly healthy. Took the dog home, a couple of days later, my doggy wasn't looking well at all, in a panic we took him to our vet and there tests were done and we were told the dog has a chronic ear condition that he has probably had for a while by the looks of things and treating this condition will cost us about R400 a month...by this time we were so in love and attached to the dog the thought of giving him back was just not an option. The next day I went back to the SPCA to find out why we were not told about the dogs condition so we could make a more informed decision and to also confirm if the dog in-fact really was checked out by a vet like they said before giving him to us. OMW I was met by the most incredibly rude, loud and obnoxious man named Roland. He did not let me complete a single sentence. I went there not angry or anything like that, I was just so sad, that our baby dog was not well. I just had questions that I would like answers to.. Thats all. I never want to deal with this DISHONEST place ever again. As for our baby doggy, he is loved beyond measure, happy and doing much better now that he is on treatment.

Very helpful staff, I just had to drive from out of town and the gps took me through industrial area with a flooded road, best route was to drive past the golden horse casino..
My 3 WHFT stay there at least twice a year! Sandy always very helpful and look after them very well
