When it comes to hiring equipment I was told to use Star Hire. They have everything you need but that was great. I was asked to pay a deposit for the hiring which is understandable and was told it had to be paid before anything can be delivered. In hind sight I should have asked them to pay my deposit back before they collected as it has been two weeks since my event and I have to ask everyday for my deposit back. It is pathetic how I have to chase my own money but they won’t do anything until you pay it.

Our stay was amazing, the place itself was gorgeous, the food, very filling & tasty .I would highly recommend everyone to also visit their spa & boat cruise, such happy & helpful staff. It is definitely a 5 star hotel ,I wouldn't have asked for a better getaway.

They don't know how treat employees, can't inform hopeful job seekers if their interviews were successful or not, they promise you a second interview but don't call you back, very unprofessional, and they give people false hope when they can't deliver and keep in touch with you! Their products may be good but the people working in the pmb branch have no idea how to treat anyone!

Rubbish. I have spent 2 days begging them for info on umbrella hire and I get absolutely nothing back. Tried phone and email!!! Unfortunately I had to award a star to post this.
