Intimate, great experience. Best to go when the baby goats (kid) are there so you can do interactions. Young or old this is a unique, personal and memorable experience to do. Can eat there, buy gifts for family and friends. Lovely spot

A lovely little place. The atmosphere, the view and the animals was all amazing. A downside to visiting the place is the roads leading to the Swissland Cheese is very not the best of gravel roads and the one-way in, one-way out entrance is abit challenging if going with a car to make way for other drivers to pass on an incline. But the overall experience at Swissland Cheese was amazing.

Swissland Cheese on the Midlands Meander offers quite a variety of mainly goat's cheeses and some cow's milk ice cream. The 2 track, ground road is accessible with a normal car....but you need some skill and concentration not to scrape the bottom of your car. The views on your way up and down are spectacular.

I have always loved Swissland Cheese. Whenever we come to the Midlands we have to visit and but cheese. I would suggest the shop be rearranged back to the way it was though where one could select the. Geese from the fridge oneself, as the fact that you can only select your cheese at paypoint with everyone lined up looking at you to hurry up Is off-putting.

Beautiful Location & picnic spot. Great variety of cheese. Lovely ambience. Only downside is the access route- I suggest you only go if you have a SUV or 4x4

What a lovely experience. When you get there you get a basket with a blanket. You then go into the shop to choose what you'd like in the picnic basket and off you go to enjoy with the most spectacular views.

What an awesome place to go with the children. They have goats which you can feed with the food they have in sale for them at a mere R5 a bag of food. They goats are lively, and loveable. They come rushing to you to great you in the hope of a handful of food, and even if you don't have any, they love you all the same. Their cheese is delicious, and very well priced, and their ice-cream is out of this world. The road to get to them is a little difficult at times, but that's part of the adventure of getting there. Do yourself a favour, and make a turn here if you're in the Midlands.

2 words sum up this place for me. Peace and tranquility. Icing on the cake is great tasting cheese. Bring out the little kid (no pun intended) in you and feed the goats. Spend a romantic day in the countryside with a cheese platter. A winner all round.
