My mum bought a pair of kiddies sandals and clearly asked if she can return cos she was buying it for a child in Pretoria. She agreed to exchange it for something else if it didnt fit. We went to return it today as we got it back recently due to the lockdown regulations. The owner of the shop was outside, she was rude asked us if we sanitised our hands while she held the bottle. Then told us to be 10 minutes as she normally doesnt exchange. She didnt assist us and told us about Asmalls policy. She then accused my mum of lying about the price of the shoe. She said she will never sell a childs shoe at R200, only to find pop of R200, which makes a liar and a rogue for overcharging. We accepted her nonsense but will never go there again!!! She needs to learn about morals and ethics!! disgusted at her behaviour
