Very frustrating that you have to go in to vodacom shop to pay monthly contract. They don't allow EFT payments.

Oh definitely not recommending this store to anybody in future I bought the Huawei P40 smartphone and although the phone came with a free cover and screen protector the consultant Hassina insisted selling me these both items without informing me that the phone comes free with a screen protector and back cover, now when I called her to return the body glove which is sealed and unused she says they don’t do refunds!!!! That’s it no more of my business at this shop

We phoned first and when we arrived the paper work was ready and all we had to do was sign on the dotted line while everything was explained to us.I am happy with my router and data contrast.I can now watch my tv at 4K no buffering.Staff are jacked up.
