After requesting a custom picket fence with a gate from Artemis, I proceeded to send a picture of the space I needed this for as well as measurements which divided the space into 3. I then received a quote and agreed to the price. On the day of delivery Artemis asked if I wanted a gate and that it would now cost extra, I declined as I had already agreed to a fence with a gate and agreed to the price. On delivery I find 3 pieces of fencing and no gate, unhappily I pay and send the delivery man on his way believing I could reason and negotiate with the owner to exchange one of the fencing pieces for the gate, because I had requested a gate. The owner only procedes to say I have to drive out 30KM and pay extra for them to convert one fence into a gate, I declined because I initially ordered a gate as well and agreed on the price. I proceeded to contact the owner and offer solutions only to be met with further arguing from the owner which angered me, and eventually forced me to cut communications. I can without a doubt say here the Customer will always be Wrong whilst They try to make a point, after a misunderstanding.
Amazing quality furniture. I've ordered a number of pieces from Artemis and they have been delivered on time and on quality and have made the rooms in my house really pop.
