Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone. “Manager” is unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care. Knows nothing about customer service. Bought a my bikes at different dealership.

My scooter was damaged in transit on the 3rd January after Gerrit collected the bike from Hillcrest to attend to the replacement of the drive belt. While the bike had been in an accident two years ago which had been repaired due to insurance etc and had some scratches to the bodywork, it was functioning well. When I went to collect the bike the following day Gerrit showed me the rear wheel which was so badly dislodged that it was shocking. Nobody could have ridden the bike in that condion. I asked him how a back wheel gets into that condition overnight and he said that I must have been riding it like that!!! He said he only noticed the condition of the back wheel after he had done the repairs and presented me with a further R3000 quote for 'additional repairs'. I was shocked!! I asked him to fix the back wheel and he said: NO! I had as yet not noticed the extra cracks and damage to the body work. I collected the bike a week later and had it delivered to Big Boy agent in Hillcrest. I requested that they replace the rear shocks and fix the wheel. I collected the bike a week later. They charged me R800 for a set of second hand shocks. After collection of the bike and for the first time riding it since it was collected on the 3rd January, the full extent of the damages became clear. The bike had been damaged in transit and Gerrit was making me pay for it. I phoned him and requested that he 'come clean' and that he own up to this damage. After a heated exchange, he said he would get back to me. I am still waiting. These images were taken today. Due to the vibration of the bodywork in usage, I noticed the extra cracks and damages had become more obvious as the left back fender was literally dangling. The scooter had obviously come lose from the insecure 'ties' Gerrit had used to bind the scooter on his bakkie, had a huge THUD to the undercarriage and had fallen over to the left. The entire left of the bodywork has been damaged.
My friend just bought a new scooter from big boys Pinetown. The owner was very friendly and helpful. They offer repair services and sell spare parts. The process to purchase the scooter went easily, quickly and smoothly thanks to the owners competence. But later on, promises were broken and was disappointed with the service.
Extremely dishonest, sold me a bike that they knew wouldn't last even 2 month, broke within a week and they had it for 3 weeks for a simple fix. Had to take it back twice and then eventually wrote it off as i was scammed. Wouldn't recommend you buy a bike from here.
Very helpful land keeper to there word. I will recommend to anyone who needs help with a scooter. I give them a five star rating all around.
Disappointing to say the least. Went in looking to purchase a scooter. Sales lady was fairly friendly but the owner was unfriendly almost to the point of rudeness. Ended up walking out and going to another dealership and bought a brand new scooter.
Good customer service, I'd recommend this place to everyone.
