We booked them and where guaranteed that they were covid compliant and they had hazmat suites that they used. So we decided to use them because we have 3 young children 14, 13 and 4 year old the 14 year old has type 1 diabetes. when they arrived they did not have hazmat suites and expected our 4 year old to have a mask on in his own house while they cleaned. Next their machine blew l and the upholstery was sopping wet they left and said they will be back 5 days time. This is not professional. We do not recommend them 11/01/2021

Chemdry cleaned my Airbnb mattresses over a month ago and assured me of a certificate, which I am still waiting for. After so many reminders over the last month, my last message was early evening, to which I received a rather rude reply that she doesn't entertain messages after hours. I would never use her services again and would not recommend her to anyone in the future.
The service was impeccable. Staff are very professional and they did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.
They cleaned my carpets very well last week, carpets dried quickly. Staff and owner are very polite and they listen. Highly recommended!
