Well today I was treated to WORLD-CLASS Service at Glasfit Auto Glass Pinetown. Thank you to Michelle and her amazing team for a fantastic job with my anti smash and grab. So so Professionally done. Love it

Glassfit was contracted by my insurance for removal of my shower door for plumbers to fix a burst pipe in November 2020. It took them more than a month to remove the glass door. On Monday 25 Jan 21, I advised Glassfit that the the plumbing has been resolved we need the glass to be put back in the shower as per the initial arrangement. My call was dropped and I was told to call the next day. On the next day I was told they will come back to me. I don't have a shower from November to now because of Glassfit and the unfortunate part is that they took some parts of the shower and we cannot install it ourselves.
No courtesy coffee bar.....rather a dull place to wait....no dedicated customer waiting area...
Their team of well trained staff will arrange for replacement and fitment of your damaged vehicle windows efficiently, and with a smile, or of you just need smash and grab fitment, they do that too. They are always willing to go the extra mile to find what you need.
Best service and very professional. They got a key for any lock, including car key.
I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicles for inspection at this branch. They try to extort money from customers by saying we must buy data for them to do the inspection on their device.
