Had a very unfortunate experience with there sales department, bought a vehicle and was told many of the items i picked upas issue would be resolved and waited 2 weeks for the vehicle to be sorted out and to find out on delivery day, nothing was sorted out at all. Terrible customer service from the Sales Department... I WOULDN'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE.. But however the service department and parts department is what keeps this place going, as these are the best part of Hyundai Pinetown. Big shout out to Ryan the Service Manager for going the extra mile to make sure all my issues were sorted...
As per most dealerships they want your money and will promise you the planet to get it. Stay calm. Do not allow them to excite you about this "great deal" Take your time. Do not let them rush you. Its their tactic to get you to sign any deal they present you. Force them to slow down and explain things to you. Have not dealt with the workshop yet and that is where problems normally start. I regret buying my car from them. It has been a very expensive lesson to me. If I could return it, I would. They will ad extended service plans, even though you didn't ask for it. They will install a tracker you did not ask for and charge you every month for the extra consideration they showed.
What a great experience dealing with Hyundai Pinetown. It was well worth the drive from PMB. The sales team is friendly and accommodating, willing to find what suits the customer and presenting viable options. Thanks to Nathi, Sydney and Chelsea for making this a pleasant experience.

Good morning I enjoyed the people that worked at Hyundai Pinetown, very helpful the service was excellent. Well done to Yougy the sales man I enjoyed his company the way he went around doing his work, he fed me with a bag of peanuts hahaha but made a big mess on his table. I thank Hyundai for Ur service
Dear Mark and Gideon Poor! Have been experiencing issues with the car, hence it was booked in. No communication from the service advisor Lee, a don't care attitude from initially arriving at the dealership. My dad was questioned as to why the vehicle was not taken to the dealership the vehicle was purchased from. 3 messages left for Lee with no response. At 4pm, we were notified by completely different service advisor, that the car will only be ready the next day! Thats pure neglect and inconsideration for the owner. If the vehicle is used to travel to work. How does someone now make alternate arrangements after 4pm? Personally would not want to support the Hyundai brand going forward.
