Clean environment. Liked how COVID protocols are adhered to. The app deals were awesome. Only negative was the not so nice lady at the door who did not want to assist those who do not know how to order at the machine.

In a very dangerous area. When I got there, a girl was crying to the staff that she just got mugged as she was heading towards McDonald's. Police came and it was a whole scene. However, great staff and very clean establishment

McDonalds experience Friday 26 Oct, 19h30, Pinetown KZN. I just want to bring to your attention the following points: 1) It took over 20 minutes for us to be served in the drive through. 2) our large chips were smaller than my sons happy meal regular chips. 3) no lettuce on the chicken burger 4) chicken burnt and dry This trip to McDonalds was meant to be a treat for my son and it was absolutely crazy. It would have been a better family experience to go to Spur, for the same cost! McDonalds SA sort yourselves out. Very very poor.

Visited during a staff shift change, and they were more interested in greeting each other than serving the clients. Also, only 2 of the 4 self-service terminals were working.

No thank you have not being there for years just dropped in for a quick happy meal, what a joke. Took 15 min to get a "happy" meal. Fast food, no fast exit.
