I have experienced the WORST customer service here, more than once! This branch is the most disorganized compared to other MTN branches. The service is horrible. And the staff pays the least attention to returning customers and are only interested in making sales. Very disappointing.

I have made some mistakes in my life but I feel like being MTN's customer is the biggest, I'm a new MTN customer the customer service I always get at this branch is awful. I had to return to this store for one week for such a minor issue that can be fixed in a short space of time. The consultants there are rude, most of the time I'm turned back without assistance due to network loss or "offline" aint you a network provider ?
