This morning, 26 April 2019, I went in to buy coffee, the lady that served me was very arrogant and has a serious attitude. I said good morning and she did not reply, I then asked if I could PLEASE have extra sugar to which she arrogantly and rudely replied that if I want extra sugar I must pay more money, I paid the extra money and she did not even say thank you or goodbye or anything instead she carried on talking to herself in another language. I am very disappointed bcos me and my family and friends come almost every day to this garage, unfortunately we won't be coming back to this garage. Thank you.

Excellent Service received at UDS Motors. Did not wait long to get petrol in my vehicle. Petrol Attendant was extremely friendly and ready to help. when i went into the shop, the cashier greeted me with a friendly smile and was helpful. i will definitely be coming back everytime.

PATHETIC service. I just changed my right back wheel by myself next to the pump. Not one of the many staff standing around talking to each other offered any assistance or help. After I took my spare out, I checked the tyre pressure before putting it on. 2 of the 3 inflators I tried, didn't work properly. Guage not giving a reading at all. This is not bad service, this is NO service. Not to mention the previous time I had to go to another filling station, because I was waiting more than 20 minutes next to the pump, with no one assisting. Staff walking and talking everywhere though!
