An amazingly personal experience in what could be quite a clinical environment. Dr Jowie is warm and has an amazing bed side manner. Her staff are lovely and I highly recommend all ladies visit this clinic for your annual checks.

Welcoming and friendly staff. The procedure was explained from beginning to end with an intimate feedback consultation from the Radiologist. I felt safe with appointments spaced out in-between clients with proper sanitation COVID-19 protocols. I definitely recommend this practice.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. A little place with 1 doctor & 5 staff but as incompetent & unprofessional as they come. My hour appointment ended up with me spending 3.5hrs at this place only because the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing and not because they are fully booked. I waited 45min before they would give me the necessary forms to fill out just because no one told the lady in charge of registration that I had arrived. There are no links in the process as every person along the way will ask you for the same information that you just provided. Despite confirming a number of times with the practice (even when i arrived) that they accept a payment method, they tell me after the appointment is complete that they could not accept the payment method as their bank had lied to them. Don't take anything for granted at this practice. At this point they expect you to beg , borrow or steal to make the payment (even though it is their fault) and are unaccommodating as I even offered to leave my identification doc with them so that I could come back and pay when their systems were up and running. They seem to treat clients differently too as they claimed from medical aid for a colleague who is on the same plan as me but refused to take payment from my medical aid. The whole 2 hrs during which this was happening, the doctor was hiding in the back and refused to come out and help resolve the problem :-(
