I can justify this rating as i was present when you attempted to remove the damages the 1st time around. My daughter sent you a whatsapp on 03.03.21, an email on the 10.03.21 and you received an attorneys letter on the 16.03.21. You chose to ignore all the above communication sent to you. My daughter stipulated in the email that an out-inspection was performed when the tenant vacated and no scratches were present. When you last spoke with my daughter you ensured that you would try a 2nd attempt and if it didn't work, you would then contact your Insurance. This has not happened hence the attorneys letter sent to you. You also mentioned that you've had previous incidents with your staff not adhering to instructions properly and you've had to clean up after their mess. You also told us that you were not present when your staff member cleaned the stove. I trust that you as a professional business owner would keep to your promise and your slogan as Professional Service providers.

I am very happy with the service I received from the ladies at Pinky and the Stain. They are affordable and professional ladies. They cleaned my daughter's mattress. We had a concern that we may have bed bugs as she had bites all over her body. After it was cleaned we are happy to report that my daughter's bites are gone and they have not returned! Thank you Pink and the Stain!

I called them inquiring about their service ,thier response was quick ,and they were at my place within 10 minutes, to pick up the 2 rugs , and I expected them to bring them the following day, but they dropped them off the same day , and I was so happy with the work done , even my husband was impressed. Jolandi and her team went above and beyond today. She cleaned my vehicle that I use for Uber as a customer vommited in my vehicle last night. She did this at 7 this morning in the rain. Best customer service ever. She also cleaned our office carpets on a Sunday as we had to open again in Monday. Best company in the Eastern Cape

Used their cleaning services in the beginning of Feb, a cleaner then used steel wool on my stove and left it excessively scratched. I have been trying to get hold of the owner/ partner . To date they have not answered my calls, whatsapps or emails. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid!!
