Dealt with a WANDA. What a wandaful experience. Sent through an enquiry, immediate response, received a sales order and paid all on the same day. Delivery received the next. Ticked all my boxes. Cannot get much better?

What a nightmare - 6 weeks of to and fro and when the alteration to one of the tanks is finally done - it was done incorrectly. SO frustrating as no-one takes charge. \u003cedit 2 weeks later\u003e At least Pioneer have admitted they were at fault and collected the tanks, made the "correction" and sent them back to me 10 days later... BUT .... unbelievably, the alteration is STILL WRONG. Two tanks, each with an outlet and an inlet and STILL i have one tank with just an inlet ...... HOW ?? Numerous phone calls and emails and STILL it's wrong.

Exceptionally poor customer service and dishonest to boot! Do not trust this company to deliver your purchased materials rather go and pick it up yourself if you dare to do business with them! The owner of this company Wayne Wiid is permanently unavailable to speak to while his mobile number is not available to the public. In short if you have a problem do not think the owner Wayne Wiid will sort it out!

Bad quality control. Paid a small fortune for items and they're not as advertised or specified, as I'd paid up-front, they weren't interested in resolving it even though the items literally did not perform as advertised. Try elsewhere if at all possible. ---------------------------------- Update 18/01/2019 ---------------------------------- Here's the assistance I was offered by pioneer plastics after "stacking bins" I purchased were unable to reliably stack: "After discussing with my supervisor she says the SB bin will work better for you, as it has a “cut out” for where it stacks onto the bottom bin. What happens is that in the cooling process after the bin has been moulded there are many factors and the one bin has experienced more shrinkage than the other. I have attached the drawing and picture of the SB002" When I asked if they could offer a discount as the items I had purchased could not perform what they were advertised to do, I was offered an 11.2% discount on the suggested alternative products. At least anyone reading this can decide for themselves if they're willing to risk this sort of quality control and after-sales service.
