Will never wash my car agian at platinum. Will go back to Pretoria and wash my car there. The staff wants a tip before your car get 1st priority. People after you car get clean because they drive a beter car then you. Dont even get answer from staff when you ask them how they can provide such a service to customers. The owner of the company really need to be more present at the businesse and see what their staff are doing.

Best car and bike wash place. Friendly efficient and have but have one issue with them. Also Enjoy a cappuccino and relax while my car or bike is washed. Keep it up guys
I do a better job washing my car myself. Disappointed at their lack of attention to detail. Maybe the guys were tired in the afternoon after washing cars the whole day\u200d️
